Borne située sur les bords de Loire, au niveau de la jonction des quais Cypierre et Barentin, ainsi que de l'intersection de la D2152 avec la rue Notre Dame de Recouvrance. La borne est située en contrebas, sur la voie la plus proche de la Loire, à côté d'escaliers en pierre en haut desquels se trouvent des sortes de chaises longues rouges en métal.
