Borne se trouvant à l'entrée du Parc de Frédeville, situé au bord de la Bionne, et accessible facilement depuis le chemin parallèle à cette rivière (rue de la Bionne). On peut aussi y accéder par une ruelle depuis la rue des Peupliers. Des jeux pour enfants se trouvent à proximité de la borne.
